Oliver Christian, also known as Liverplate, is a Brazilian musician, guitarist and songwriter, focused on Instrumental, Rock, Metal, Fusion and Latin genres.

He first started his career in 2012, recording guitar videos to the internet to show his skills through guitar contests, which made him to gain recognition on his hometown and start working with local bands. One year later, Oliver Christian was a founding member of Heartless (2013-2016), where he worked as a guitarist, songwriter and music producer, releasing three singles: “Inevitable Guest” (2014), “Like a Whisper” (2014) and “Thelema” (2015).  During this time, he also took part as a sideman guitarist on Flames In Work (2015-2016).

From 2017, Oliver Christian has began using the internet as his main work tool. Combining technical skills and melodic sense on the guitar, his style of has made him get notable entries and awards on the most important guitar contests worldwide, attracting the attention of the public and praises from Kiko Loureiro (Megadeth).

Some of his main achievements are: 1st Place on .strandberg* Guitars & Uppsala International Guitar Festival 2020 ; 1st Place on Sarah Longfield Guitar Solo Contest 2020 (#winsarahsig); 3rd Place on Kiesel Guitars Solo Contest 2020  

Currently, Oliver Christian is producing his debut instrumental EP as a solo artist, composed and arranged by himself. It is entitled “Imagine, Nino!” and will feature four tracks. Upcoming soon!
